Mobile Abattoir
Over the past three years we have researched and commissioned the build of a mobile abattoir that will enable us to slaughter on the farm, avoiding long journeys for the animals, thereby improving welfare as well as the sustainability and quality of our meat. This work has been part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
