Organic whole milk
Available from the Fir Farm vending machines at the top of the Fir Farm drive in Lower Swell and at Manor Farm, near Upper Slaughter. Enjoy local organic produce in reusable 1 litre glass bottles, straight from the farm. Our whole milk is no more than two days old, is un-homogenised and from pasture fed cows, so is highly nutritious

Coming soon, new offices & workshops to let. Renovations are underway at Manor Farm, a set of Grade II listed Cotswold stone buildings dating from 1910 and located just outside the village of Upper Slaughter.
ON FARM SLAUGHTER
Our moveable slaughter unit was granted its license to operate in July 2022. This will enable us to slaughter on the farm, avoiding long journeys for the animals, thereby improving welfare as well as the sustainability and quality of our meat. This work has been part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. We are currently in the next phase of building the ancillary elements including a chilling and cutting room and are planning to hold Open Days for anyone interested when the work is complete.
